Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026

DeepFusion Labs (“we”, “us”) runs the website at deepfusionlabs.ai (the “Site”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Site and reply to you.

The short version

  • We never sell your data.
  • Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them — decline and nothing tracking-related is stored.
  • The only personal data you actively give us is what you type into the contact form.
  • Our products (such as DeepInit) run 100% on your machine; this policy covers the website, not the locally-run tools, which send us nothing.

What we collect, and why

Analytics — only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6YG9MTLJHR) to understand which pages are useful. It loads under Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics storage denied by default: no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent until you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics collects pseudonymous usage data — pages viewed, the referring link, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device/browser type. It never receives your name or email. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your choices).

The contact form

If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry. The form is delivered by Formspark and protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. We keep your message for as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up.

Hosting & security logs

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address and user-agent string) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. This is necessary to operate the Site securely.

Web fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google for that request. We don’t control that processing.

Cookies & local storage

We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Who we share with

We don’t sell or rent your data. We rely on a small set of service providers that process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there under their respective safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site and our products are aimed at software developers and are not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top; any material change will be made clear on this page.
